Mail Service

We work with a mail service. Please notify your watch using our form (if required we will send you proper packaging material).

Send in the watch by registered mail. For extra security you can insure the package. We advise you to leave out any references to the content of the package. Please ship to:

As soon as we have received and assessed your watch you will receive a price estimate and detailed photo’s of the problems we came across. We also will make pictures of numbers stamped in to the watch for identification purposes. After your approval we will carry out the service and repair work. After payment we will return the watch. We strive to a maximum turnaround time of six weeks. If a job takes longer we will contact you and motivate the delay.

In some cases we cannot take on a watch because, for example, spare parts are very hard to obtain. In that case we will return the watch by registered mail.
